The Associate Producer works with the Producer to create the weekly service or special event. The Associate Producer must be a good leader and may be called upon to make decisions that matches what the Producer has set in place. The Associate Producer may also be asked to pitch ideas and will assist in managing the Production Team.
The Associate Producer assists the Producer with Sunday service and special events and is responsible for carrying out the arranged goals of the Producer
