FTG Ambassadors direct guests to the entrance of the Red Carpet Experience area and greet them as they arrive; mingle and interact with the guests; Ensure that guests receive a clipboard with a connection card/pen and that guest   completes connection card(s).  In addition the Ambassador ensures the room is tidy and ready for the next service reception.
