The Gaffer is the Lead Electrician responsible for the lighting plan in a production. The gaffer is experienced with lighting equipment and monitors the electric department. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of lighting, audio, projection and/or camera equipment at the Bolingbrook campus of Victory Cathedral Worship Center (VCWC).
