The Unit Production Manager handles all business aspect of the service for special events. After being given a script or event request, they ensure that the production stays within budget and also ensures that the production stays on schedule. This position requires an individual to be in charge of all the business aspects of the physical production of the events. The Unit Production Manager also assists with the hiring of the production team and helps the Producer monitor all production departments. Responsible for handling all of the business aspects of the service for special events by ensuring that the production stays within budget and on schedule.
